Selena Gomez: ‘I’m Not Trying to Be Miley Cyrus’
Selena Gomez is flattered to be compared to superstar Miley Cyrus, but she wants all her fans to know she’s “not trying to be Miley Cyrus.”
The 18 year old is putting feud rumors to rest and setting the record straight.
Selena told Now: “I was a guest on her show three years ago. So I’m not sure where this [rumor] has come from.
I’m flattered if people say I’m the new Miley, but I’m definitely not trying to be her. I’m just trying to be myself.”
With Miley moving on from her Disney series with a more grown-up image — there’s really no comparison here. Selena is still playing the sweet & innocent card while Miley is all about NOT being tamed.

Selena gives a better image of teens, like you said lojain. Miley is wild and her image of teens really sucks.

well Miley thinks that she owns the world after Breakout album .. and she said that she`s called it that `cause she is traveling to another sort of life .. wild .. and dusty !! .. NOOOOOOOT !! ..
