Diddy Owes New York City Almost $1 Million!

It’s time for Diddy  to pay what he owes!

The rapper illegally is being fined almost $1 million by New York City for illegally putting up promotional posters all over the Big Apple, and they’re not messing around!

Finance commissioner David Frankel says: “We are going to find these people. We’re going to turn them upside down by their ankles and we’re going to shake them until the money comes out of their pockets.”

Yeesh!
